INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HEALTH POLICY (IAHP) and the FEDERATION OF ASSOCIATIONS FOR THE DEFENCE OF PUBLIC HEALTH (FADSP) wishes to express its most vigorous condemnation of the aggression by Israel in international waters to the "freedom fleet" that takes humanitarian aid to the population of Gaza.

This intolerable act is a flagrant violation of human rights and is an expression over the systematic violation of them by the Israel authorities.

We must remember that the fundamental premise for health is peace, and demand international intervention to end Israeli government actions are a disgrace to the civilized world and to ensure respect for fundamental human rights in Palestine.
